“In November 2022 Safiya undertook an assessment that would measure the public's opinions on a speed reduction in a specific area of Leicestershire, United Kingdom.
As a senior elected Councillor, I wished to see traffic speeds reduced in urban areas and knowing that the authorities would not readily agree to such a change in local highway laws, a professional survey would be acceptable as evidence for such a proposal to be given serious consideration.
